Experiencing other cultures, customs, cultural and natural landscapes can help us enrich our own understanding of the world, and help us emphasize with others. Traveling is invigorating and exhausting simultaneously as we try to make sense of all the unfamiliar sensory inputs around us, adjusting perspectives and fitting new information into old frameworks.
